Our yoga program, designed by a yoga therapist is specifically for surfers. It utilizes dynamic poses and targeted breathwork to prevent injury and enhance both your surfing skills and mental focus, in and out of the water. Staying centered in body and mind is essential for developing surf practice. Both disciplines complement each other in foundation and fundamentals. Our programs aim to build muscle memory for optimal board performance, sharpen mental focus for challenging waves, and tap into your energetic flow for a harmonious surf experience.

  • Yoga Therapy for Injury Recovery

    Yoga therapy for sports injuries, particularly for surfers, focuses on targeted rehabilitation and pain relief. It combines therapeutic postures, breathwork, and mindful movement to address common issues such as rotator cuff injuries, knee instability, and lower back pain caused by repetitive movements on the board. These sessions promote deep tissue recovery by enhancing flexibility, strengthening, stabilizing muscles, and correcting posture imbalances. Our program can help prevent injury and also help you recover from surf-related injury.
